Gastrofira has implemented a strategy to reduce single use plastic in all catering production and outlets by increasing the use of compostable and recyclable material, introducing bioplastic materials (PLA) and discarding disposable ones, replacing aluminium cans or PET bottles by glass bottles and discarding milk plastic bottles.
