Jordi Narro

Jordi has worked with chefs Ferrán Adrià, Jean-Louis Neichel and Joan Piqué. More recently, he has done stints in the kitchens of Santi Santamaría in his "Santceloni" restaurant and at Joan Roca's "Celler de Can Roca".

Since April 2001 he has been the chef at the L'Univers Gastronòmic restaurant at the Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via exhibition centre. Narro is now embarking on a new challenge as the chef of Nuclo, where he will be heading up a team of 12 professionals.

He was graduated in the Hotel Management School in Barcelona followed by an intense activity in some of the best restaurants in the city.
Because of his passion, he became a teacher of the Hotel Management School of Catalonia in the UAB and finally, maître d'hotel in L'Univers Gastronòmic of Fira Barcelona taking care also of the catering services to the board and protocol. At Nuclo he has trained a young team with the priority of giving a superlative customer service.
